Dear Parents, Grandparents, Alumni, Alumni Parents, and Friends,
As we begin this new school year, I am filled with gratitude for the continued strength and generosity of our All Souls community. Every day, our classrooms are alive with the joy of learning -- children exploring, questioning, and discovering the world around them. It is a privilege to witness their growth and to partner with families who share our belief in the power of these early years.
This year marks the next chapter in our school’s story. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the 60th Birthday Fund, our two year capital campaign, was a tremendous success, providing vital support for facility enhancements, program development and long term reserves. The names of the many families and friends who contributed to this milestone effort are now permanently recognized on the Giving Tree, located in the entrance of the school, a lasting symbol of gratitude for their commitment to All Souls.
With that milestone behind us, we now turn our attention to the Annual Fund, the foundation of our philanthropic efforts and the single most important source of yearly support for the school. The Annual Fund touches every aspect of life at All Souls School. It helps pay for classroom materials, teacher professional development, enrichment activities, tuition assistance, and the day-to-day operating costs that keep our programs strong and our classrooms vibrant. Simply put, the Annual Fund is what allows us to offer the exceptional All Souls experience to every child, every day.
Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of our program. The Annual Fund bridges that gap, ensuring that our teachers have the resources they need and that All Souls can remain accessible to families from a range of backgrounds. Every gift, no matter the size, is deeply valued and immediately put to work supporting the mission of the school.

- Our Unrestricted Fund provides school leadership with the flexibility to designate funds where they are needed most.
- The Kefalidis/Johannsen Scholarship Fund supports greater access to All Soul’s unique approach to early childhood education.
- The Dr. Jean Mandelbaum Fund for Faculty Development and Enrichment provides special opportunities for the faculty, including study tours to Reggio Emilia, Italy.
- The Director’s Fund for Children’s Special Needs provides important services for children in our school community.
