An Introduction to All Souls School

I extend a warm welcome to you as you learn more about Admissions at All Souls School.

My personal and profound relationship with All Souls began several years ago as an excited parent experiencing preschool with my first child. As a former teacher, I sensed that All Souls would be a good fit for my daughter, and later for my son. It took no time at all for my hunch to be validated. I anticipated that my children would thrive in the kind, warm, nurturing environment, but I was delighted to find that it was an open, inclusive community for parents and families as well. During the time my children attended All Souls, I became actively involved in the school, serving on the Parents Association’s Executive Board, as well as the All Souls School Board of Trustees. When my children left All Souls for kindergarten, I stayed on to become a classroom teacher of 3, 4, and 5 year-olds for several years. My children are now much older, but some of their closest friendships, and mine, are those formed here at All Souls many years ago. Not so unusual for a family’s experience at All Souls!

My hope for you as you learn about the variety of excellent preschool choices available to you in New York City, is that you find a place that will serve you, your child, and your family in the best possible way.

I look forward to supporting you as you embark on your school exploration!

Best regards,
