Who We Are

At All Souls School, our teachers thoughtfully celebrate and build upon each child’s strengths and interests. We are proud to have a team of 26 experienced classroom teachers with extensive early childhood education experience.

With three teachers assigned to each of our eight classrooms, this allows for individualized attention and meaningful connection. Our teachers are deeply dedicated to early childhood education and hold degrees and training that reflect the school’s philosophy and teaching approach. Many are well-versed in the Bank Street, Reggio Emilia, and Emergent (project-based) approaches, bringing a thoughtful blend of structure, creativity, and inquiry to each child’s learning experience.

From its inception, All Souls School has supported faculty professional development and maintained connections to local, national, and international early childhood organizations.

"Throughout my time at All Souls, my greatest joy has been working with the children each day, watching them grow over the years, and sharing in the laughter that fills the classrooms. I have also had the privilege to work alongside and learn from incredible educators. I feel fortunate to be part of a school community that is warm, welcoming, and supportive to all."

- Assistant Director Susan Hess has worked at All Souls School for 20 years.
